JUST THOUGHT ID INTRODUCE MYSELF BEING A NEW MEMBER ON HERE, IVE BEEN SERIOUS ABOUT LIFTING SINCE I JOINED THE GYM IN APRIL 07. I PUT ON 6KGS OF LBM IN MY 1ST 6 MONTHS WITH ONLY PROTEIN POWDERS. AND IM COMPETING FOR THE 1ST TIME SEPTEMBER 08 NABBAS IN CHRISTCHURCH. SO IM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO STARTING A COMPETITIVE RUN OF BODYBUILDING..

ANYWAYS IVE GATHERED THE SEPTEMBER SOUTH ISLAND NABBAS ARE 13TH SO IVE HAD TO SWITCH TO FEDERATION TO BY MYSELF A LITTLE TIME..

SO.. CAN ANYBODY SHED SOME LIGHT ON THE WEIGHT CLASSES? AS IM CURRENTLY SITTING ON 88KG, AT 8% BF..

Whats your height?

(No offense) BUT you prob don't have the size to jump into over 80kg physique (and dropping 8kg in 3 weeks may be a bit much to ask to get under 80) . So Classic Class may be a good one to start in depending on your height.

Try Classic Class NZFBB, if I'm doing the math correctly you can weigh n at 86kg Max.

Hey Nick, what people were on about with the "shouting" is you need to take your Caps Lock off! Pity we missed you at the nationals in Takapuna, but I guess it is a long way to go. Us HB boys (myself and user Andrew) will be coming down next year to Nelson Bays comp. We are on a promise to Mark.
