Craving a starbucks frappa right now.. tantrum.gif

This one's a little more diet friendly.. and it turned out really yummy! (well everythings yum to me right now :oops: ) It even had the thick cream-like froth on the top.. yum.gif

Ingredients

5g Jarrah chocolatte powder (could sub for dark cocoa powder)

10g trim milk powder (or normal milk.. whichever's handy)

1 cup cold coffee

crushed ice (I used about 8 cubes)

4 x equal packets (optional)

Method

Blend. Drink.

Macros

Cals - 55

P - 4.2g

C - 7.9g

F - 0.5g

If you left out the milk, it'd be about 20cals tops, and 1 serving makes 2 of these huge glasses:

Healthier version - Get a scoop of Mocacino syntha 6 powder, add to blender with a scoop of ice and bit of water, blend. Veryyyy close to the real thing. In fact I once tricked someone into drinking it and they had no idea it had protein powder in it lol
