Low carb Spag Bol

Similar to the Eggplant Lasange recipe.

Make your fave spaghetti meat sauce.

Slice thin long pieces of cabbage and boil (this is the 'pasta')

chuck the meat sauce on top with a sprinkle of powdered parmesan cheese.

I went nuts and added some marmite to my cabbage 'pasta'. Weird, but strangely nice.

With all these diffrent and yummy recipes.I good idea just came into my brain which is a NZ bodybuilding cook book. and the low carb spag bol sounds yummy.
