I got the bus out to Te Atatu from the city.I got off the bus by a Shell petrol station.I text Jo Stewart saying that I have arrived Jo she was busy at the time.Jo she got Mark Stewart to pick me then I went to there house which is a very nice home. I had oats with BSC proetin powder in them which was very nice plus that was first time ever that I have had proetin powder. Then it was time for lunch chicken,rice then it was time to train shoulders started off with natlius shoulder press follwed by lateral raises then we moved on to DB shoulder press after DB shoulder press. we moved on to smith machine shoulder press then we moved on to rear delt fly's it was the first time ever that I did rear delt fly's to finsh off shoulders we up right row. Then Jo ,Mark and went ack to there home for a few hours.I just chilled on the soffa and read flex and I had rice pudding with BSC proetin powder in it.For my pre training meal I had a HPLC bar then it was time to go to the gym.Jo Stewart she had to go and teach pump.Jo she asked me do want to go join in I said no I am good.I went to train legs and biceps.When I saw Mike Kingsnorth come into the gym.I was thinking I am in the same gym as Mike Kingsnorth which I thought was very cool.Plus I helped with Mike trained legs and I got a signed photo from Mike Kingsnorth.There is a video of me training shoulders on Jo stewarts bebo profile or my bebo profile.By the time I got back to the Albert park backpackers I was dam tired and it was very cool day that I had.Plus that was a first for me training twice in one day.

Irongame It was nice to meet you in person.I went to my first ever Warriors game that was very cool plus they had a good win.If any of guys have not been to Warriors game it well the price.

Thanks Marcus yes I was stoked and very surprised to outlift Jo.Plus I got to posedown with Mike Kingsnorth in the gym.I did not get meet Salah but hopefully next time I come to Auckland.

I bought the Gold gym hat from the MECA of bodybuilding Vencie Ca,the Muscle beach top when I was in LA eight hours on the way to Canada for holiday in 2005 I use to wear muscle beach shorts but the string came out of the shorts.I the yellow and black top I got Jo when I meet Jo stewart at the NZFBB Auckland champs last year.The black nike shorts from rebeal sports the outbak gloves from Les Mills extreame,The york weight belt from Gymeez,The black bum bag from Kathmandu.

I did 2guns go Venice beach I only had a look in Gold's gym because I was jet leg but the shop in Gold's gym Venice Ca they have got some gears in there ranging from Gold's gym hats t shirts etc.Oh and the sun glasses I bought them from a chemeist.
