Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any experience with this product and any special recommendations for use?

Secondly, is citrus aurantium legal to use for NZFBB given that it is related to ephedrine? I vaguely remember hearing a few years ago that this ingredient was banned?!....

I think you've been given some misinformation. Citrus aurantium contains synephrine (and a few other things) however is legal in NZ. It used to be termed ephedrine's calmer chemical cousin as it was thought to offer similar thermogenic properties to ephedrine but without the effect on the CNS. It is quite a different animal to ephedrine.

You might be getting it confused with Neo-Synephrine (m-synephrine, sometimes called synephrine) which is phenylephrine and is a prescription med most commonly used in cold medication. These again are quite different however some marketers try to make out they are the same thing.

Yip good product I used it to get the weight moving this year. It gives all the required benefits of a good thermo.

Just make sure you eat when taking them if you don't I found they gave me a nasty heart burn feel in my chest.
