Okay,

I'm 6ft 4in, 122kg and about 21%BF. I'm emabarrased to say that I've been lifting weights continuously for the last two years. Unfortunatley my love of food and hatered of Cardio has controlled me. About two months ago I finally found the right mix of lifting techniques (for diferrent Muscle Groups) and the right source of supplements (Muscletech)....I even do cardio 4 times per week, so I'm in better shape now than I was, in fact I've made more progress in the last three months than the 18months before that.

My goals are to compete (and win) in a bodybuilding comp at the end of next year. Any advice will be appreciated

Welcome Mega-man. End of next year is a good goal, you should be able to put on some size and get nice and ripped up

at 122kg he must be pretty big already..... how bout some pics!!

He is 6'4 wise guy, so I would imagine some good size but not a monster
