haha, I looked back to check if I had diet advice and the thread had turned into a smack talk contest! :pfft:

As recommended, Ive cut my carbs back to 150g and am doing 10mins of cardio after each workout as well as 2 runs a week to make 2 hours of cardio a week total. Should be sweet, Ill let u know when Im ripped. :nod:

Crack up - SamWelly eats what I eat all day in a morning! Guess thats why hes huge & im not. Eating is just not a priority for me.
