Interesting product. Not sure I'd take it again during my work day. Sit on my arse all day so having a NO boost without being able to work it off affects the concentration - not always a bad thing. Go off on a different plane.

Pre workout got the same buzz. Had an excellent workout with plenty of go. Stayed with me for quite a while. Maybe with the pre-comp diet the affect was greater, but I'd definetly look to use more of the product.

So took serving 3/4 hour before afternoon workout. Had serving of Kre-alkalyn creatine with breakfast earlier in the day. Almost immediately after drinking got like, tingley pins & needles from head to toe, never tried NO before but this was weird...

Had energy boost at gym but felt the strength improvement more, will finish the samples and let you know more! Next time Ill take it closer to the start of my work-out so I can make the m ost of the pins & needles! :pfft:

The pins and needles feeling is from the Beta-Alanine, it's a pretty common effect in products that have a decent dose of it. Many NO products don't have it added, or if they do, it's too small of a dose to notice the pins and needles.

Got the tingling too. As the same product can affect people differently I wondered whether it may have been me. Glad to know I'm normal.

Yep thanks -one more dose. Might save it for leg day, always need a boost that day.
