no worries goinhard ^^

at the moment i get my proteins mainly from: lite cottage cheese, tuna, chicken breast, eggs

and a bit from: milk, oats, nuts. but since they have lots of carbs/fat, i trz not to eat too much of them.

maybe ill also buy fish sometimes cause of iuts good fats and proteins. protein shakes will also be added. if anyone knows sth i could add to my pool of protein meals, please tell me.

can u guys tell me how much u pay for 1kilo chicken breast? at packnsave it was 19bucks/kilo.

$19 is like top price for pak 'n' save.

Its quite often down at $14 a kg, and rarely at $11, that's when you really stock up.

"The Mad Butcher" is a good nationwide meat shop, they sometimes sell for $10 or $11 a kilo.
