well mate there are the ex crims they know about in the gyms and the ones they don't. If someone can tell me what makes white collar crims better than anyone else...standup. Those guys have hurt a lot more people than the blue collar guys....look at the recent finance company dudes.

And if they walked into a gym after their 'time' would they be kicked out? Somehow doubt it...infact a lot of em wouldn't even be noticed...it's only because of your 'presence' that you stand out BK....

You guys can make all the analogies you'd like. But the fact is the gym felt it would cost them business if he trained there, because its target audience is the affluent out of shape middle-upper class. Conversely BK could be given a free membership elsewhere as his presence may draw more customers in a particular niche market (i.e. BBers).

What you say is true bro I also think they should turn all ugly people away from the gym as they may reduce numbers as well. left handed people should also be turned away as they are the devils spawn :):)

I didn't say that's what he said to BK, I said that was probably their rationale. I'm not sure if you understand what an analogy is, because what I said wasn't one.

You kinda stated it as a fact. Not as was probably their rationale...

Yep I will be opening my gym within a few months which will be awesome I probably won't even get kicked of it as well :) hahahaha if I am good. It will be the opposite of Les Mills people who train hard want expert advice and who aren't full of shit :) oh yeah no left handed people allowed :)

Just talked to the lawyer about Les Mills he said not much can do about what they have done but he did say that the media would be a good way to get them back. I have many good contacts in the media so will use them :):)

You would definitely attract a lot of media interest to your situation. The media backlash against les mills would hurt them more than any lawsuit would.
