thanks :D so many differing opinions around the net.. mass phase no not really just wanna start eating it occasionally for some AM carbs im actually trying to trim up abit

i hear you can freeze it and just take it with you to work and its defrosted and ready to go... tryed this?

Yep all good to freeze. I have made curried sausages and rice for my kids and stuff like that and freeze leftovers for another day. Just take out night before and nuke it.

Ewwww! Curried sausages! Your kids eat that!? My parents had to force me to eat that crap when I was a kid... :pfft:

i just cook it for each day as well as my meat (chicken,beef etc) fresh is beta.

eating clean sucks at best of times, dnt make it worse by eating stale shit

Holly shit, for once I agree with 2guns... :lol:

If you can cook enough for one week at once you either eat f*ck all or your pot is massive.

Yep, I eat rat-all.... my point was that I cooked enough for a week, and it has always been edible/safe to eat at the end of the week.

If you need to eat more, cook more!

I suspect that making sure there's not a lot of excess water in it when it's stored in the fridge would help keep it safe and prevent mould.
