Hey ppl - just wanted to say hi before I get stuck into this site. Good to see so many members here - awesome. Hopefully this will be an educational experience for me - looking forward to you sharing your wisdom/experience with me.

I'm 75kg, 176cm.

And yea I do keep an eye on what I eat MOST of the time, but hey maturity teaches you so many things, and I've learnt the hard way like most of us do :nod: I do enjoy the odd red, and my girl makes a cheesecake thats just da bomb :P However, I'm pretty tight with what I stuff in my gob - usual culprits chicken, kumara, brown rice, cottage cheese, flaxseed, oats and raisins, eggs, eggs, eggs, steak twice a week, beans and cauli, and shitloads of water. I'm a big believer in keeping things basic, coz it works. My first comp is coming up so I'm experimenting with supps HMB, DHEA, mutli-vit, and Cordyceps mushrooms(I take these year round and I swear they help with fatigue, but of course thats my humble opinion).

Oooh which comp are you doing? Never heard of the Cordyceps mushrooms.. are they actual mushrooms you can eat? Or a supplement of some sort?
