You should try lite cream cheese mixed with canned pink salmon (drained) NZMM. It comes out sorta like a dip, but you can have it with veges (carrot/celery sticks) or on toast or with crackers.. Its yummmmmo.

Interesting... I'm not really a fan of Salmon though, all those little bones in there tend to make me dry reach :?

You could sub the salmon for any kind of tuna too. Just as long as its drained :nod: and it tastes best after its been refrigerated for a while (~1 hour) before eating.

Its definitely a goodie! Tastes better than it sounds. I always take this with carrot/celery sticks when I go to BBQs, and everyone always raves about it and asks whats in it ninja.gif... The secret's out now lol.

as for the babaganoush and crackers i went through that exact same phase about 6 months ago.

Was going through about 5 pots of lisa's babaganoush and packets of sakata and trident crackers a week for about a month.

There is a new hummus line out now called La bon cuisine i think. It's better than lisa's.
