Found a receipe for protein bars, but I made them as muffins and it had 2 bananas and milk, used a baby boby banana and water, you can add sweetner if you need, but all good with out:

1 cup oats

30gm protein

3 egg whites

2 tbspn PB

1 small banana

cinnamon

water

Do it in a bowl, I did the blender but bit of a mess but then smooth as!! Pop in 6xnon-stick muffin tins, each weighs about 70-100gm and protein content not high enough for meal so have 1-2 of them and protein shake for breakie. Its a nice change from just oats/protein.
