Hey Gym rat...nah dont mind at all...I am currently busy with contest prep for my 1st show so my supplements r changing as i go through the phases...but currently Im using BSN and EAS.Im a firm believer in BSN supplements they get the job done but r a bit costly so stick with whats affordable and wat best suits u.We`re all different and hav different needs.At the end of the day Protein is Protein so my belief in BSN doesnt neccessarily hav to be yours.Experiment...

You should consider keeping a journal when you start dieting for the comp. It's always handy to look back on next time and see what worked and what didn't.

Good Luck Mate! Good to have you on board.

I think the quality will be quite high as it's only one week after the Nationals(in Auckland) so plenty of guys/girls will be doing it while still in shape to try and qualify for the 2009 Nationals.

If I can, I might try to beg, borrow or steal a plane ticket to come up for it on the Friday night, we will see how we go.

Last year it was huge with around 73 competitors which made it the same size as the Nationals!

If it doesn't happen this year, I'm not sure when it will, so I'm seriously thinking about it. However, all the stars have to be in alignment first!
