Nutritionist Wanted

Wuket

Recommended Posts

I am after someone who can write me a meal plan for the entire week/fortnightly taking into account my goals and current size and shape.

Basically it needs to have easy to obtain ingredients, be very quick and easy to prepare, and something that I can eat easily at work (office) and at home.

It also needs to have the amount of carbs, protein, fat, etc for my current goals.

Is this something a nutritionist can help with? How much should it cost and can you recommend any?

You can replace the foods you don't want to incorperate in your diet with others.

The site gives you a good start as to how many calories you need for your LBM and to achieve your goals

If you don't like i particular a food just take it out and add what you want to give you the same caloric value.

Its a good start, there are many other sites like this.

Its just a point in the right direction and you dont have to pay anybody.

All you need is your own inspiration.

Good luck{skills} 8)

Out of ten I would have to give those eating plains three out of ten because of not enough greens or veggies tuna brine, corin flakes for breakfast when the better option would be to have oats instead.

What was your point there Jasthace?

Greens are still vegetables...

However vegetables doesnt necessarily mean greens

The idea is to change out the foods you dont want with the veges you want @ the same caloric value.

Yes not all veges are green, that is very observant of you.

Thats not necessarily true.

A good breakfast should contain some fast burning carbs, you want a bit of insulin to combat morning catabolism.

You can't be to restrictive in your diet at the key times such as breakfast and post workout meals or you will forsake gains.
