It also is how you see yourself rather than how others see you. You always seem small in your own eyes no matter if others nearly fall over because of your size.

Do you think low self esteem would come into it? I'm not sure as most body builders I know that display these behaviours are generally confident .. I could be wrong -- I'm also assuming anorexics have low self esteem which may not be the case??? I'm never satisfied with my size -- even when over 120kg

Yeah maybe but for me it is more about never being able to reach my goal size as the goal post always moves as you get closer
