Pickled Ginger

You know that pink thin stuff you get with your sushi? Well it's pickled ginger and I LOVE IT!!!!

Put it in my stirfry last night and it gave my meal a fantastic flavour, no need for sauces etc.

I recommend that you try it!

Yeah I love that stuff as well, I am always asking for more at most sushi places because they can be very miserly with it. Fortunately the ladies at my favourite sushi cafe aren't shy with the ginger at all- you can get a heap of it if you want.

I'll have to try it with some stir fry.
