Hi, Im not quite a bodybuilder but my goals are to be strong, fit & healthy so I train 5 days a week, 45mins with a couple of runs a week too.

I eat 6 healthy high-protein meals a day and am supplementing with ZMA and whey protein (both Optimum). Im way out of shape and just started back into it but Ive been there before and Im gonna do it again!! :grin:
