Yep I do those. Rock along to a body balance class and you will be able to do those jobbies in no time, Yoga downward dog, plank and hello I don't know all the rest of the funny jargon, but its good shit. I watch other people and some don't do the full motion but there are different options depending on your flexibility and strengh

standard yoga moves. i do these when i am cutting down (once i have lightened up a bit) gives good flexibility and builds a good sweat up. the wall handstand (half handstand) thing isnt' that hard to get into, it's the easy step to the full handstand. and once there you lock your shoulders. you guys should give it a go. the instructor at the old clive greens, is good and she knows how to do a work out without any breathing and meditation rubbish. just good solid hard workout.
