Hello Luigi, Big girl and Gym Rat.

Well what I didnt say was that I have never totally stopped training. Just been a slack ass for 5 years. It took me that long to get over a 20 year long eating disorder and have been enjoying myself. Well now is time to get back and do it sensibly.

So went to an amazing nutritionist and have sorted the eating.

Training today hard. Back and bis. Am gonna suffer tomorrow but will do cardio am and Legs pm. will see how it goes.

I recon I have enough time to get fit by summer!!! If I can keep it up!!!!!!!

ok Gym Rat didn't really want to reply with my stats but here goes!!!

Height 165 cm, Weight 65.6kgs, Fat 15.70kgs, bodyfat 24.0%, lean mass 49.85

These were taken a week ago by nutritionist.

Not very good I know but have still got a good amount of lean mass so have something to build on!! God cant believe I have written down my stats.

I wont be going back to nutritionist for a few weeks as I dont want to get into the measuring and weighing thing too much.

:)

Awesome to hear  And good on you for posting your stats!

Don't be shy to start a workout journal if you want some ongoing support throughout your training/nutrition... It'd be great to follow your progress!

Need a little bit more protein in the diet meal 3/4

What would you suggest ??

Please dont say TUNA!!! The worst protein on the planet!!!

obviously needs to be low fat as my weight is dropping. What about egg white or cottage cheese??

Thanks will try to add at least one of those to my evening meal. Just done legs. Bloody sore but good.
