Changing routine for optimal gains

Hey,

Just wondering how often i should change my routine to keep my strength gains optimal?

I have been doing low reps (6reps max) for about 2months and my gains are dropping.

Is it most effective to alternate between doing both high & low reps? (eg doing low reps for 6wks then high reps for 6wks)

Ideally routines should probably be changed prior to plateauing. How often should i change my routine and what changes should i make?

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated

changing routine dosnt have to be the rep range it can simply be adding in or changing some of the exercises your doing, also incorporating negatives dropsets partials forced reps etc can help do a search on google if you dont understand that.

and 6 reps,...... bulking atm ?? dont stick to a rep range imo your best to just push yourself and get every rep you can but keep the weight heavy enough so that its going to be a limited number anyway.
