Breakfast ideas please!

Having recently developed an intolerance for dairy, my favoured breakfast of 200ml milk + choc protein on 4 weetbix is now out the door.

I've been having a chicken bacon/vogels sandwich instead, which is not ideal long-term.

On the weekends I have eggs on toast so would prefer something else during the week.

Ideas, please!

You could try get your hands on some raw goats milk, you should be able to tolerate that well.

or

Sardines

Salmon

A nice steak and a couple eggs

Chicken wrap

Leftovers from night before

Anything that you would have for a normal meal, breakfast should be no different.

Generally whey isolate contains little to no lactose so should be acceptable for you, if you want to fork out the extra cash for it. Then soymilk or water plus protein and weetbix and your away again.

Dairy intolerance does not necessarily mean lactose intolerance.
