Guys,

for couple of months now, I have just been gaining weight quite a bit rather than loosing it, I feel better than when I wighed less, and certainly stronger, whats the deal, and how long will the weight keep going at this rate? Should I be taking liquiq carnitine before training perhaps or similar?

Cheers everyone..

MJ.

sorry i may have read it wrong but youv made it sound like this is a problem ?? if your gaining muscle then sweet as, easiest way to tell is to look in the mirror and see if you look more "tank" than you remember, whats your stats atm ?

Well it kind of is a problem, but since I didnt understand the whole process of bodybuilding and bulking up, I didnt realise my weight will go up, as I am a snowboarder, I am not sure how will this affect my performance, but will know soon enough anyway. Although in saying that I feel much better and stronger now and lighter moving around than when I weighed 6kg less. Is this normal once you starting adding muscle mass? :shifty:

Sounds like a good thing to me

As well as looking aesthetically "better" with the extra muscle, I'd imagine it'd only improve your snowboarding if you're feeling stronger and lighter moving around.
