yeah but they guy shoots down his own credibility within the first 30 seconds of the interview, why does he not say i used huge amounts of synthol to get past my steriod enhanced physique and i would take him more seriously, the main point of the 10mins of blabbering is what works for one person may not work for you.

wow, i wonder if he thinks synthol will work for everybody too?

He probably could have got that same bloated puss ball muscle effect from shooting shit loads of low dose test prop (or whatever other steroid) like he said he did, he likely just cut his gear with oil (grepe seed, MCT or whatever) down to 20mg/ml or something like that and pushed syringe after syringe in to his arm tittys.

A lot of what he says makes good sense and a lot is simply common sense, Which sells easily to those who have little or none.

I like what he said about the PT's "those who can not do teach".

Some of those guys have there victims doing some real weird shit in the gym and those idiots are lapping it up, while the PT's are laughing at them, counting there money (nothing wrong with that) a fool and his money is soon departed.

"Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach."

The internet seems confused as to whether it was George Bernard Shaw, or HL Mencken who said that. Whoever said it first, a lot of people have been saying it since.

Personally, I like the variation (which may or may not have been said by Woody Allen) - "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. Those who can't teach, teach PE." :D
