Howdy I'm Rach and I just stumbled across this fantastic site yesterday.

Im planning to compete at the NZFBB Wellington Comp in May 2005 but Im not sure which category yet. This site is going to be a great help to me!!

Ya'll dont be shy now, I'd love to hear from anyone - especially re diet tips for bulking up (I am tall and leanish but want to build more muscle mass as I prefer the physique look to the figure look).
