Not sure what your trying to get across, but I throw some info anyway.

If your are dieting for a comp (say 12 weeks out) your carb intake should start to be limited. Now everybody is different so it can vary, personally 2 of my 6 meals a day are carb and protein while the rest are basically just protein. For example porridge for breaky and next meal either rice and chicken or kumura and chicken. About 5-6 weeks out I find it best to just go to one carb meal (porridge).

If your not competing and trying to bulk throw in about the same amount of carbs as protein a day (2grams of per kilo of bodyweight as a rough guide).

yup after maybe 10 replies of lame comebacks and petty issues with racism throw in for good measure!but i still have faith!!

lol

well if yr doing cardio in the morning id do it on am emptyy stomch (no carbs) or if u are doing it with weight training then do it straight after wards just keep yr protein high then u wont need to worry bout muscle wasting away.

blah blah there are a few other things i can explain when have more time but some1 else will say them no doubt

Then do as above. and wait for your moods to change

Also get on the net and have a good look at BB.com and similar sites to get a wider range of views. If its your first comp allot of your dieting will be educated guessing untill you know what works for you.

Do you drop the entire meal? or just the carbs.

LOL sorry big guy, yes just the carbs.

But that is a very rough outline and would need to be altered to suit the trainee, some guys may get away with 3-4+ carb containing meals right down to 3% bf others will have to go super low carb to even get the fat moving. And others (mike) drink milk and icecream and eat roast chickens all the way to the finishline :pfft:

Not all through the diet, l do have a cheat meal once a week that goes for a few hours. Otherwise, yeah I'm pretty strick on my roast Ice cream milk shake diet...you should try it
