Tingling and Itching !

Recommended Posts

I'm starting to experience like a phantom tingling/itching sensation (its the only way I can explain it :?) and it seems to occur in the places where I hold the most bodyfat. It doesn't turn into a rash or anything (preemptive strike on the STD jokes kthnx), but it just itches.

It's happened before when I dieted down a while ago.. but just wanted to see if anyone else goes through this as well.

Could it be fat mobilisation?

OMG Poos, I had the same thing - mostly my legs. Never even thought it might be related to dieting down but now you mention it, it was only then that it happened... Now you've got me thinking! Wow, I just thought it was fleas :pfft:

Seriously though, I'd be keen to hear of anyone else experiencing this too.

Hey cool, a fat-burning tingle!

Mr Natural, you really should contact everyone you've been with so they can get themselves checked. Just PM SamoanMuscle, 2guns, DisasterPiece and NZMM. :pfft:

excuse me, that is smack talk! :naughty:

Yeah, I thought I'd try some smack talk so the naughty corner can get some class. Also I'm jealous of all the attention you get from Pseudonym.

Hey all you people with an itchy problem.....If any of you have been taking energy supplements such as "N-o2" the reason that you would be getting itchy is that you may hav Herpies or a venereal disease. I suggest you go to a doctor as several of my gym mates have had the same problem only to find out.....the worse.

Good Luck!!
