For those of you who haven't seen a pair of these babies, here we go. Our kids love to use them as stepping stools. Gym members often use them as seats in-between sets lol

those are the 90 kg dumbells at my gym that i started the post about

One of my faves is the cable pulley station..with nothing else but that, you can still work most parts. My gym's got two - and they're often in use.

Funny that...my gym has two cable pulley stations as well...... :shifty:

Stay on topic, please guys...

What's so cool about the GHR machine? I've always done the exercise kneeling backwards on a lat pulldown machine. In the one pictured above, I'm assuming that bottom roll-bar is for your shins - isn't that too small to be comfortable?

Its actually more comfortable  Well, your hammies are hurting too much to care about your shins anyway ;)

Doing them on the lat pulldown machine are really jarring on my knees.. but the GHR machine takes your knees out of the equation and the focus is fully on your hammies.

Bloody hell. Just for you, Biggurl, I googled "GHR machine", and there on the front page was my own post from last night - "What's so cool about the GHR machine?" That's fast. Google's data entry chimps must really be onto it!

Yeah...Im sure the COUGAR will get all sorts of different uses outta that machine! :pfft:

Arh shuddup Specter! Don't have one at my gym...to my knowledge. Would like to give it a go. Though there is new equipment cropping up all the time at my gym(s) so will keep an eye out.
