allgood, i'm with the rest of you as far as the issue goes i think the government is a bunch of robbers really. tax is crippling already and everything is getting rapidly more expensive so for them to whack more cost on transport is crazy.definatly time for them to go.

If only truckies were just as eager to pay the $40 million they owe the tax payer as they are to go on protests that further cost the economy.

As far as I'm concerned, they're a major drain on our roading system, and the sooner we convert more of our long distance truck freight to rail, the better.

I agree changing from long distance trucks to freight rail which would be more cheaper considering with cost of petrol keeps on going up all the time.
