I think there might be a mistake by VPX on the breakdown, it says 20g of protein, but further down where it breaks it down further it says 9,660mg of protein - 10,055mg of the creatine and NO stuff, and 377mg of their "Redline Energy & Meltdown Fat Burning Technology" which adds up to around 23g which is the serving size. This seems to make more sense otherwise it'd be closer to a protein shake with some added extras.

Heard good reviews about this BTW

9660+10055+377 = 20092 not 23000mg

If it's got 20g of protein and 9660mg of that protein is from whey and casein, then it's got maybe 10000mg from the BCAA's and NO amino acids, arginine etc, plus beta alanine, and if they are getting really arsey about it they could be counting creatine as protein as it technically is a protein.

Yeah I guess so, I suppose supplement companies are known for being less than completely honest, or at least blurring the truth a wee bit. I had thought that claiming 20g of protein in a serving when there is 23g in a serve seemed a bit odd, but like you said, they must be counting all the amino acids. I'm not sure if many of the other brands do this, I suppose because in the breakdown it could appear that they're counting substances twice.

I'm picking the remaining 3 grams must be made up of the "Other Ingredients"

"Natural And Artificial Flavor, Malic Acid, Sucralean Brand Sucralose (A Non-Nutritive Sweetner), Citric Acid Anhydrous, Monosodium Phosphate Anhydrous, Tri-Sodium Phosphate Dodecahydrate, Glycine (Food Grade)"
