Chicken question?

Hey this is probably a stupid question but usually I take chicken breasts to work but today I didn't have any so just been down to the supermarket and bought a quarter chicken for my 11am meal (number 3). What difference does it have to the chicken breast when you buy it packaged? Skin obviously is one factor but after removing then? is it higher in saturated fat?

Oh and poor SM is suspended so he can't add to it :(

Yeah I have done that too, not that camcorder! When I can't be bothered or want a change just get the chooks from the supermarket and sling the skin, not in last couple of months up to comp though

Yip, but they are deep fried in oil, so it's basically drenched in the stuff

Oh and Rotangs, if you want to buy your lunch one day, go to the BNZ food court (St Pierres), they can cook you up a chicken breast or fish to your liking with or with out seasoning/sauce and they have salads/rice etc... about 8 bucks I think but good for a treat if you aren't dieting for a comp :)

I'm pretty sure i'll be a junior. I've only been dieting for 4 weeks now though and lost 8kgs so i'll just keep dieting as if i'm going to do a comp and then if I think i'll do well in a comp a couple of weeks out from it then i'll enter or something along those lines.
