HELP!!!!FOREARM INJURY

Well its more of a sprain,but a few weeks back i was doin some flat barbell curls with approximately 45kgs (which isnt an ordinary weight for me) and found that quite easy.I then proceeded to 50 kgs but when i went to do my first rep i felt a pull in the leftside of my forearm.Now every time i go to do any sort of bicep curling motion i can feel a pinch in my forearm which hurts like hell!!Any rehabilitaion suggestions??

p.s if anyone (i.e Samoan_Muscle,Mr natural) want to use this thread to have a go at me,then go ahead because i really dont care.
