I like 2 weeks on clen then 2 weeks on t3 and repeat, thats a very potent cut. But yes AAS should be used with both IMO.

Thanks. so that is using AAS the whole time throughout the 1st and second time you repeat with clen and t3

IMO a "cutting" cycle should be at least 14weeks long so yes if your on any powerfull catabolic agent i.e. clen, t3, dnp (note:cataboilc mainly to fat tissue which is a good thing) you should be on a very anabolic and androgenic compound to.

Have you used AAS before? There are alot of different compounds you could use but it doesn't sound like you have any experiance with gear. Low dose test cycling low dose clen and T3 would change your body comp drasticly

Ive never gone on a cutting cycle for 14 weeks, nothing that long anyway....I guess a cycle that long would be for someone preparing for competiton.

Just making sure Im getting my facts right, this is the first time I would be using T3 and clen....thats if i decide use it in the end...

What is your past cycle history?

14 weeks seems to be about the right amount of time for alot of people (NOT ALL by any means) to see very significant change in body comp. You might want to run the test alone along with correct diet/training and cardio for the 1st 6-8 weeks and then use the clen and T3 to help put the "finishing touches" on, so to speak.

If you use the gear as a crutch and an excuse for less than optimal training and diet IT WONT WORK. So first and foremost get your nutrition in order.

Not to attack you personaly but do you really think your ready to be playing with these sort of compounds?

I agree with Irongame, make sure your nutrition is on point first. What bodyfat % are you Specter?

16% Im only guessing at moment...My nutrition is fine, plus I wont be doing a cutting phase until 15 weeks away, so get plenty of time to tweek everything and get everything down pat unitl then....Im actually nearly down pat now but dont want to peek it to early, just getting into the routine of things.

I dont drink Alcohol, or fizzy crap.

I dont eat chocolate.

I dont like sugary crap.

When I go out to the movies I take a protein shake with me.

You can always find me with a protein bar in my pocket, and a bucket of protein and shakers in the back of my van.

I get people asking me all the time if that chilli bin in the back of my van is my lunch box.

Im training on a 3day split at the moment.

I love my george foreman griller!

Gotta be careful with T3. It burns both muscle and fat. Best to be used with AAS.

According to my knowledge it will only start being catabolic to muscle when you go over 40mcg/ day. It definitely works better with AAS, as most stuff do, but you can still use it without ASS if you don't want to go the anabolic route, just don't go to high on the daily dose.

Thanks. I wont go 14 weeks on it either....I would proberbly need to be checked into a pscyh ward if I went that long!
