Heya guys and ladies.

I better introduce myself

Ive been lifting for almost 5 years, Im an armature strength trainer (obviously). Im in to power lifting and a little body building for shape.

Im 100kg. not much fat.

I start work late in the day so I have all morning to train, 5 days a week.

I have organised a lift Club at my Gym and am looking for more members.

I am 32 and looking to partake in national Fed lifting events in next few years, then on to bodybuilding comps as things wind down in to my years.

I hope to gain more knowledge and also share what little I know.

If thats Cool with you guys of course.

I train in South Auckland, dont really want to say which gym just yet.

I havent had my lift yet, the other guy I organise it with is gone to Ozzy for bodybuilding comp. so im gonna use this time to get few more sign ups and train.

Ive had a drop off in strength this week and Im hoping its due to lack of sleep and bad motivation, so gonna hold back just for a week or two until I feel as ready as Im gonna be.

I'll look at starting a journal soon.
