Diet Feedback

Hi,

I was hoping someone could give me some feedback my diet. I have lost 25 kgs in 6 months through sensible eating and exercise. I now want to give some definition to my body. I am not training for events or anything like that (I know this is a bodybuiling site so hope this is ok). I am going to the gym 5 times a week doing cardio and light weights(high reps). I am 40 years old and weight 95kg (down from 120kg!) As I said my goal is to get some shape to my body and get rid of some fat. I have made up this diet from reading on here and other stuff on the net.

Breakfast

Avocado and Cottage cheese on Multi grain or 5 egg white/ 1 egg yolk omelette

Lunch

200 grams (approx) Chicken or Steak + 150 grams Kumara + vegetables (frozen corn or peas)

Afternoon

200 grams Cottage Cheese or Almonds + fruit (I get really hungry in the afternoon)

Pre-workout

Protein shake (with low fat milk)+ fruit

Post-workout

Protein shake (with low fat milk+ fruit

Dinner (8pm. No carbs)

200 grams (approx) Chicken + beans + vegetables (frozen or peas)

I have 1 cop of coffee a day and 2-3 cups of green tea. And water.

I am real novice at this so any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
