not sure how recent it is, but I just saw on the NABBA site that Naera won Ms World Physique. Huge result and congrats to the power pocket rocket herself.

Its really recent (one day old), some other kiwis did really well to.

The only guy I didn't see is Tom Wojick who I thought was competing. Not sure what happened there, whether he didn't travel or didn't place?

I would have thought he would have got a placing if he travelled though as he has a pretty mature/ripped physique?

I think Naera deserves a lot of credit - regardless of how anyone might think she looks, she won her class.

i also dont think that photo was fom the nabba worlds, i think that was from nabba auckland champs so its likely her condition there was in prep for the worlds

I dont think there was any natural people there anyway! So what does it matter? She looked awesome on stage and you should be proud that she did her country well as did all the other athletes that competed

I'm pretty sure the pic is from Aucklands as I haven't seen any from Worlds yet - so it would be about 6 weeks or so out from the worlds. My guess is that the plan was to qualify at Aucklands with good form and showing huge potential, then to go hard out and cut up in the following 6 weeks to present her best at the Worlds... Bodybuilding is all about planning, so I expect it was a very smart move on her part. She is a seasoned competitor. Well done I say!

The pic is from the aucklands ... i trained with Naera and Parekura the week before they left for greece. Naera was shredded. We are just chasing up pictures at the moment ... will talk to her tomorrow. She has an invite to the unverse in India later this year>> all comes down to funding.
