Greetings, I have just joined and am interested in fitness. I have a membership at Les Mills and over the last four years I have been doing yoga and body balance and recently I have begun to paddle in waka ama however I think I need to do some strengthening exercise as I seem to be experiencing slight injuries on my left arm wrist, elbow and shoulder. Gidday Rasby, I've moved you to your own intro now. Stick around, and you'll get the hang of it soon enough.

As for the strengthening exercises, it sounds like you're pretty on to it. I don't know whether anyone here can suggest anything for you, but we can try. What movements cause it to hurt?
