Hi everyone,

Greg here, thought I had better register fror this site seeing as I am "gracing" the pages, and moreover, I'd hate to miss out on chatting with other like minded gym goers!

I competed in the BOP champs in May,which was my 4th comp. So you could say, I am starting to get to know my bod slowly. Getting heaps of suppport from Andrew who competed in BOP too. Both Napier boys and train at Starr fitness.

I must say for a minority sport where you get judged on how you look, there are some primo people you meet, and I would encourage anyone who was thinking of getting into bodybuilding to go for it! Ask questions and find out what you can do, and where you can take your body.

If I can do it, anyone can. For my first competition at HB (NABBA) 07, I needed to lose over 20kg, and I did. Keeping it off and controlling my weight is the fun part!

Anyway, blah blah blah, great to be on here, hope to chat with you all soon!
