Pain ?

I have developed this awful pain in my rhomboid, went and had a deep tissue massage which almost made it worse, only feels good when I am moving but sitting still is agony, I personally love the feeling of sore muscles but this is agony, I am taking voltaren and panadol, buts it just constant, has anybody else suffered from this and do they keep training, I know it seems like a silly question but its the sitting still thats bad, movement is all good. Love to hear peoples thoughts, currently sitting with wheat bag which is soothing, but have horror thoughts of ending up like half ton mum ???? :? :cry:
