advice on sore muscles and roids.

spoke to a guy yesterday at boxing. Hes huge. Built like a brick shit house. Asked how he did it, he trains in MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and boxing. He said its easy, the pain is only in your mind. Forget it exists. Just train train train.

Ok, Im taking his advice. Funny thing though is, its like last week after doing chest the day before then going to boxing training and we were told to do pushups. I was burnt out in no time. Just couldnt do them, my muscles were just too tired and sore. I can understand the concept of ignoring the pain, but how do you make your muscles work, when they wont. lol. Not sure how you get around that one. I think its down to da gear. Hmm, come to think of it, he had a lot of pimples all over his back and neck. :-)
