Has anyone seen this mag anywhere??

It was recommended to me by my nutritionist but I haven't seen it anywhere!! I've been to Whitcoulls & other bookshops but no-one seems to stock it.

Has anyone read this mag & if so, did you find it useful??

She recommended it for motivational reasons.

Use it for motivational reasons - but just don't buy into the advertising thinly veiled as informative articles - remember that this mag is a muscletech advertising medium (as with musclemag) and so has a huge bias towards their products.

What you think is useless might be gold to others!!

It is actualy a very good mag, and foxybrown you will find it a very good read and inspiration for your future goals.

To achive a goal you first must have a vision, and a vision can only be a picture as the human brain can only think in pictures !!!

I seriously doubt you'll find something useful in that magazine that hasn't been addressed before on the forums/literature/scientific journals.

Unless you believe that 25 sets per bodypart will make you hyyooge!111

Or perhaps if you stare at BRAN' NEW WAIGHT GAINAH!111 long enough you'll gain some decent LBm.

But hey, it's not my money.

Sorry I must have SHIT for Brains.

It wasn't meant to offend, more or less a fact. I'm sorry if you're a little sensitive. Like you said, 'Tuffen up'?

And if you think that 25 sets/bodypart isn't ...a tiinnnnnyyyyy bit excessive for a natural trainee then I think I'll have to agree with your comment above.

I think its time you went to bed, before you offend more people.

I can't. I have a training to finish and get ready for weightlifting tomorrow!

Exspensiveurine, relax, heres a tip do not read flex mag,or muscle media,or muscle mag intl or oxygen mag etc, also if you wish to be void of enhancement do not take protein powders, sports drinks,or any supplements for that matter, also do not take the workout that others do for your own, because it seems that any thing that could possibly aid you is a retarded notion to you and just makes you angry, and anger is a form of stress and stress can decline your natural testosterone production which maybe the case with you as you do not like the chics in oxygen mag!! you see it is all very logical realy, I mean hey I just thought Oxygen mag was a good read thats all dude!!

ExpensiveUrine

I train without assistance, and compete around 25 sets per muscle group. That's the way I train. I'm sorry if that blows your little mind, and you cant quite get your head around it. If you need help with your training just ask. Im only to happy to help my bodybuilding brothers.

I don't. But this is a thread about Oxygen Magazine and I'm here to tell people that there are better sources of information out there to aid their nutrition/training.

also if you wish to be void of enhancement do not take protein powders, sports drinks,or any supplements for that matter

Since when do any of the above contain androgenic substances?

also do not take the workout that others do for your own, because it seems that any thing that could possibly aid you is a retarded notion to you and just makes you angry

I really don't know what to say to that apart from...LOL..

Are you saying I'll have to perform 25 sets/bodypart to fully grasp the benefits of it, without even considering how it might affect my performance long-term? Lol. All I'm asking here is a little bit of common sense man. I'm not here to trash talk. I'm not sure where you got the 'anything that could possibly aid you is a retarded notion to you and just makes you angry' from, because honestly I'm having trouble seeing as to HOW IT WILL AID ME. Can you elaborate on this? I'm not the least bit angry or concerned about this argument, if you can even call it that.

By no means stop reading it because 'teh mean guyz on teh forahm' told you to stop. ;)

Mr Urine, it is all good in the hood, sure there are way better texts out there that would aid someone in there quests for greatness but if a individual buys a mag that you seem to dislike so much, and gains one bit of information that aids them for the better, or one bit of inspiration is gained whilst on this quest, then would you not say that then that individuals purchase has been a worth while one and one they would not class as a waste of money. When i was starting out BB i brought every mag ever sold on BB,it was through these purchases that i gained resonable knowledge to give me success, and the inspirations and dreams that they gave me enabled me to have a very clear vision on what i wanted to acheive, in fact i became so intrested in the nutrition side of the BB thing i educated myself and became a qualified nutritionst !

Oh and the 25 set thing any work you do that applies enough stress on the body that it is forced to change to adapt to these constent stresses is what it is all about isnt it?? but as you seem to be a weight lifter and not a body builder as such i would suggest your prime goal would be optimum strength in your chosen lifts, which begs the question why did you bag a 25 set work out so much ??especialy if it is not your bag so to speak?
