Hi everyone. Im 18 years old and I live in Auckland. I have joined this great

site after seeing the amount of dedication that everyone has to being

in great shape. I dont smoke(never have)and I dont drink so I guess that makes me a nerd! :pfft:

I have access to gyms, trainers, supplements, weights, healthy foods.

But I have never had abs in my whole life. Thats something that needs to change.

Im more comfortable working out at home than at a gym.

I have lots of equipment to use at home

a stationary bike, barbells, dumbells, a bench press machine with leg attachments, 150 kgs of weights.

I also have a freezer full of skinless chicken breasts, lean beef, lamb and salmon.

My problem is that I cant create a programme that will help me burn fat and build muscle. So I have come here for advice and guidance from experienced body builders on which supplements I should take and what

exercises I should do.

Weight:95 kgs

Height:5''11

My fitness goals are to lose the belly fat and get some abs.

The supplements I am taking now are:

Balance: Ultra Ripped Protein and

Balance: 100% Whey Protein.

Current workout is:

Mon,Wed,Fri: Weights twice a day (morning and evening)

Tue,Thu: Cardio in the morning for 20 min

(15min regular then last 5 min High Intensity Interval Training all on stationary bike)

Sat,Sun: Rest.

Please help create a plan and lose the fat!

Oh, to be 18 and have access to all that (especially the freezer!)

*sigh*

Sounds like you've got everything you need to make some amazing progress, dude. Your current plan looks quite good, although I've never tried the 2 workouts a day thing (actually not true... I have tried it, just haven't been disciplined enough to keep it up!).

As diamond says, we really need to know more about where you're at right now, and posting photos is the best way to show us.

Also, take us through everything you eat/drink on an eaverage day.
