Another one for the sweet tooth!

I came across this simple recipe for peanut butter flavoured pudding on the gofigure website - its pretty simple & actually tastes good! (I'm not a great fan of peanut butter but this definitely does satisfy my sweet cravings)

Mix 1 scoop of protein powder (choc is best!) and 1 tbsp of peanut butter with a little water until you have a pudding-like consistency. Makes enough to satisfy any cravings for dessert after dinner :)

Sounds good. I'll give it a go along with the protein ball recipe that Mossley posted.

BTW - have you tried using a natural peanut butter, which doesn't have all the extra vege oil?

Natural PB can be expensive at heath shops but I've been lucky enough to find an organic natural PB at Pak and Save that is really delicious. It also has half the saturated fat of the usual type.

The brand is Ceres Organics. They do 2 organic PBs - original and classic (I think it's called classic). The original is great, the other one has a much stronger taste which some people like but it wasn't my scene.

They also do almond, hazelnut and cashew nut butters. Their site is http://www.ceres.co.nz

If you can't find their products at your local supermarket, you'll probably find them at a health shop but they are about half the price at Pak and Save.
