The supplement business is designed to make money not to make you big.

Very true and something I worked out only after spending a lot of money. Research is a must before buying anything from whey to weight loss products, I wait for recommendations from trusted people these days.

The milk we get, and the Whey Protein made from it = Crap, unless you can get the lactose out of it.

I'll be down on the farm next week, drinking it (nearly) fresh from the cow! Not to mention the endless supply of steak...

I kind of wish I grew up on the farm.
