Should I keep bulking or start cutting?

20% is only a guess as I have no idea. I only have a bit of fat around my hips which I want to eliminate. If I go into cutting which I probably will start soon, just reading up on it all today so I start it right (Calorie wise I mean) and I should be able to save some money cause I won't be eating as much food :)

I'll bring in the calipers to do your BF % when I come to check out the shop haha just jokes!

Yeah start leaning down now and you will still pop on some muscle and look buff and lean for summer.

Fat burners hmmmm i'm on hydroxcuts, not the naughty ones, there OK. those EAS ones in the buy one get one free deal at the mo are all good. All pretty similar.

Definately start cutting Mrs Welly...

IMO, even in the off-season, you shouldn't let your bodyfat go over 10%...12% at the most...20% is fat mate, sorry to tell ya...it's definately time to lean down...no reason why you can't gain lean mass at the same time tho...

mrs welly hahahaha :pfft:
