Agreed, though from a bodybuilders point of view I believe you would less likley utilise your daily intake of protein if you were to eat it in 2-3 meals @ 100-200gm per meal as opposed to 5-7meals @ 50-75gm. Other than that theres to much bullshit out there that is preached as gospil with little or no evidence (scientific or real life) to back it up.

WTF? Does he mean MEALS?

You can still lose weight on McDonalds, as low as the calorie value of McDonalds is below your maintenance intake. You'll feel like shit most of the time though due to the composition of food.
