New Split - How does it look?

Recommended Posts

Monday: Squats - Quads - Calves

Tuesday: Back – Chest – Triceps (Push Pull)

Wednesday: Dead lifts - Lower Back – Calves – Hammies

Thursday: REST

Friday: Chest - Back - Biceps (Push Pull)

Saturday: Shoulders – Traps

Sunday: REST

Want to start hitting Chest twice a week.

Tuesday would be something like this:

Flat Bench - 5 sets

Dumbell Flys - 4 sets

Bent over Row - 5 sets

Dumbell back Flys - 4 sets

And Friday:

Incline Bench - 5 sets

Dumbell Press - 4 sets

Lat Pull down - 5 sets

CG Row - 4 sets

Want to add some more mass on my chest. Guess instead of hitting back 3 times I could add some more leg or shoulders on to the second chest day?

Please only experienced weight lifters / bodybuilders opinions.

Thats 4 days a week where your lower back is getting hit either directly or indirectly, hope your recovery is up to it.

If your not fighting this year then hitting delts more instead of so much back wouldn't hinder you...and at 125k, a booming pair of delts will look so much better than a thick lower back.

good luck with it.

Yeah bud makes sense. Might hit legs again on the friday instead of back.

Shoulders are growing well so might focus on bringing the chest, bis and legs up to standard.

I'm going for the Novice Bench Comp at powerhouse next month all going to plan. Can someone confirm dates please?
