Even then, it still takes personal assumption to reach the conclusion that something is being implied when it's in question form. Lawyers would be going to court all the time for just implying a person did something otherwise (in the event the person accused was found innocent).

I would also think that a 21 (?) year old up and coming bodybuilder being litigated by a gym and supplements business would be more damaging to that business than questions about illegal activities on a forum that only 50 people regularly post on, but ah well.

I'm sure there'll be a lesson out there for someone anyway.

It's called popular innuendo. People can be found liable for implying something defamatory without flat out saying it. I've just spent two months studying defamation... And it's not a matter of guilt or innocence, it's a civil proceeding.
