NZFBB Coromandel Classic

Ouch what a burn............. :notworthy:

Id have to say Classic is definately one of my favourite classes to watch, some of the physiques while a tad smaller are amazing to look at. Check out Will Garricks Biceps, and Aron Nobles whole upper body.

I would love to see this class be eligible for the overalls. What is the reasoning behind not including it Mike?

Novice mens winner Andrew, he reminded me of Mr Universe 1986 Rolf Moeller. facially he looked similar, but also had the thickest widest delts, very unusual for a tall guy, but totally dominated the stage, and quads that matched. I'm calling it now already, this guy WILL win his class in the Nationals next year.

Thanks Mike it was nice to finally meet you and I appreciate your kind words.

I've been 'around' the bodybuilding scene for 10 years working my way up from 68kg to 100kg eating rice, meat, bananas and protein powder every single day without fail, and now back down to 91kg on stage for the very first time. I was gunning for the win since August when Willie explained the show to me in August and I gave up my last week of work to get it just right. Was still blown away by it all of course and afterwards wish I had complimented more people on their physiques back-stage but I was only focused on how I was doing. I was rapt to stand alongside everyone especially Graeme a mate of mine who was called out in the Overalls - awesome!

Focus now is on the Nationals next year, and adding as much as I can on my frame (3kg realistically) aimed at my hamstrings, back depth, and triceps/forearms (think you'll agree?) then see what that looks like...symmetry stuff while increasing size, stuff that will earn me get a Pro-card and a kick-ass body in a few years time.

I clean cars in exchange for steak sandwiches and good advice.... :-)

[quoteThe Open figure, I have a feeling that Thames hadn't seen a lineup like that since....ever. I'm not sure that the locals knew what to make of the likes of Monty, Raechelle, Rhonda and Michelle (sorry I don't know the names of the other two ladies), but they like what they saw for obvious reasons, and as Charlie (my wife) said "when they walked out the whole show was lifted to a new level"

i'm new to this and trying to get some pics uploaded.. :?

Hey chick, maybe this will help:

When you post a reply, just beneath the Submit button, there's a tab that says, "Upload Attachment". From there, just hit the Browse button and select your file.

If you're uploading lots of files, the easiest way to do it is to put them all into a single zipped folder, and upload that. Just go through My Computer, select all your files, right-click one of them, and choose Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. Then you can upload multiple files in one go - it sure beats uploading them individually.
